Located in the heart of Normandy Beach, this was the original office of Lee Childers Real Estate, now Childers Sotheby’s International Realty.
Newly married, Lee and Wendy Childers first started a Lunch counter one block south of this location eventually expanding their business to an off-season “House Watch” program. The House Watch service still serves the community today, providing the summer residents of Normandy Beach with a trusted set of eyes in the area during the winters’ Nor’easters.
Lee and Wendy raised their children, Cassie and Jeffrey, here in the quiet town of Normandy Beach. Many residents now live here year-round; the area offers a Yacht Club, Bay Beach Association with tennis courts, community center, guarded bay and ocean beaches, and a few locally owned restaurants and shops.
Normandy Beach is a friendly destination where the community celebrates its veterans publicly with a 4th of July ceremony. Many families return to raise their children here each summer on the uncrowded beaches.
The Normandy Beach office of Childers Sotheby’s International Realty is our main office. It is home to our administrative offices as well as seasoned, professional agents who call the Jersey Shore their home.
